Why has it given me the same gift four times in a row??? is it not supposed to be something different every day? how do I get all the gifts?

After reading these messages, I see that I am not alone with missing prizes today! I went to the Antique Shop and my prize was the blue winter candle holder (?). Sadly, I didn’t get the prize. Hopefully it will show up in my dock…sooner or later. I experienced several small glitches this morning while playing. It’s not a super big issue, but I will be really happy when all the glitches are fixed. Maybe we have too many “events” going on at the same time? Could that be an issue? Well, I’m sure the Tech Team will get it all fixed asap. Everyone stay safe and warm today! :-)

Thanks so much for this invaluable help. I always went to Ms Birdy first, the normal first step, and spent way too much time searching my extensive docks for the new items. (I just noticed that spotsofbeauty also mentioned this in an earlier post, so thanks to both of you!)

Twice I got the hockey net…hopefully something different tomorrow :) Also, everytime I click on the monkey there’s always someone in the way and I always have to go out and try again later. Very frustrating especially when you cannot say “excuse me” or kindly move so I can get my prize” something…same with Martial Arts room I cannot get my bar unless no one is there. There is always someone stuck and I can’t get thru…

I find this happens if I go into the Ms Birdy room first. When I visit any and all other room first, the items do show up under the “New” tab. So, I visit all the rooms I want to first and then go to the Ms. Birdy room last and it shows up just like it is supposed to do.

Click on your food icon and go to k – you should find the kinzville energy bars there. Also try going to the welcome room last, then things are more likely to show up on your “new” bar instead of just to your dock.
