It happened automatically so I did not have a code to enter. As a result, I did not receive the 2016 deluxe membership prize. As much as I'd like to have the prize, I couldn't (can't) see purchasing a 2016 dm because I already am deluxe. Oh well, I was both surprised and grateful for the gift of the membership.
