I had to hurry up and finish this challenge. When you click on Trophy Challenge, it says you have until October 15th. I’m glad I got it done in time.

Thank you so much for the advice, gmatiny! :) If the Ganz team doesn’t contact us by Monday evening, I’ll have my parents call them. Also, thanks for the auto renewal tip, too! I’ll try to disable that next time they send us an email about it. I don’t really like autorenew, anyway (since I usually don’t get my bonus pet or special item), so it would be nice to have that taken care of. Thanks again for the help– I hope we can get this issues resolved soon!
