If you have a ipad or phone that you can get onto the account that works great. The floaty’s show up really fast and I usually have my count for the day within 10 minutes. It takes forever on the computer.

You can try to going to the arcade(I dont play any games). Just give it a second or two in the arcade and then go to a pets room. Sometimes it seems like that works for me.
