The ability to remove walls and flooring to the default style! Especially in underwater rooms. And also the ability to delete rooms. These are the upmost important changed I would love to see. But if I had to choose, the wallpaper removal is the highest priority.

Here are some ideas – Allow rooms to be deleted, allow door placement to be moved or remove a door altogether, allow wallpaper and flooring to be removed without replacing (especially for underwater rooms), allow layering for wall decor, optional off-switch for grid snaping when placing furniture (ex. lining up a 3 block couch with a 2 block TV symmetrically), this could also apply to placing decorations on tables/placing wall decor. A new room type that is a hallway or other fun shaped rooms. A “decorating mode” where you can easily see a spread of all your items, ability to toggle interactive items to stay “on” when you enter a room. Fixing TV’s so pets can watch shows and ability to keep them always on, fix old interactive items that no longer work such as the wacky bubble blower. It would also be cool to be able to select music/sounds from a database to play when entering each room (ex. jungle sounds or cafe music). I’m excited to see what you guys end up doing!

Please allow rooms to be deleted if not necessary. Also Pleasseeee include 2nd floors so my house isn’t long hallways.

my room could be improved if the posh penthouse wallpaper, the posh Windsor chairs, and the posh penthouse kitchen counters would be released already :/

With this, we would be able to specify which way we wanted the other rooms to shift. (e.g. 6 options: shift row/column left/right, insert new row/column)

Many have commented that we wish we could have rooms that are not immediately next to another room and that it would be even better if we could have multiple floors, as well as “pods”. Until the developers are able to figure out how to do this, what if there was a new room type – a “no room” or “separator room”? This new room type would serve as a “placeholder” so that all rooms are contiguous, but would not be able to be “entered” or “opened” from the map and would not create a door on adjacent rooms.

What a fabulous question!!! I would love to be able to create floors, like ground floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, etc. If we could name the floors too, that would be so incredibly fantastic! This would be best if we could also move rooms between floors. When on the house map, I wish we had a search function. If we get floors the search function would be even more desired. Now for a 3rd, that’s tough, I’m torn between 2 ideas for walls; I wish we could have shelves that would work sort of like an open cabinet that we could place things on, but I also wish we could add multiple items to walls such as posters or paintings one higher than another, or a sconce above a picture. If I had to pick from those 2, I would pick the later; multiple items on walls. Thank you for asking! So many people had great ideas, I hope this means some of these ideas might come to life soon!
