We’re celebrating Webkinz Day 2021 on Webkinz Next in a big way!
What can you expect? Here is the schedule:
April 22 – April 28: Complete Holly Hopper’s special challenge to get ready for Webkinz Day outside the Cafe. This challenge will take a minimum of 2 days to complete and disappears at midnight on April 28th, so plan accordingly! Be sure to check in with Holly regularly, and if she seems a bit forgetful, try leaving Kinzville and coming back. (Note: Holly seems to be invisible for some players. This is being looked into. You should still see the question and/or exclamation mark over her head.)
April 22 – May 2: Look for the floating balloons to collect one of the three community cupcakes — hold on to these for a surprise later!
April 29th: Join the party outside the Cafe! Look for the food truck to get a piece of Webkinz Day Cake, and click on Holly Hopper to receive your Webkinz Day gift box. Note: these are not awarded on login — you must click on the food truck and Holly Hopper to receive your gifts.

Why isn’t the food truck or Holly Hopper outside the cafe?
Not only does she disappear but I did not get any of the prizes for finishing all of the challenges. Not so much fun if we are wasting time in New instead of Classic.
You needed to collect the prizes as you completed each part of the challenge. You needed to finish all of the challenges to collect the last prize.
Hi, my outdoor garden plants disappeared. I did the update for the community challenge and floating balloons and then went to plant my easter egg plant with them and they were just gone from my backyard. Is this something that can be fixed? I had two of every plant from the w-shop and two polar berry plants

I did really well with the challenges today. I will have to wait until tomorrow to spin the Wheel of Wow so I will finish Cake It Up. I surprised myself and made it halfway in a game that I’m not to good at. Fortunately it’s only 50 KC so that helps as well. Jumbleberry Blast was done in one game.
I can’t update the app. So I uninstalled it and now it says I own the app but it’s not on my pc. Thoughts?
If you haven’t tried rebooting, it might be worth a try. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com
I am not seeing exclamation points over anyone. I have updated and cleared my cache. Anyone else have this problem? Please let me know if you found a solution.

Yes, I collected all the invitations late last night.
It’s possible that the pet you’re looking for is hiding behind a building — it’s worth leaving Kinzville and returning a few times until it shows up in a place you can find

This worked and just to help anyone else that may have experienced this problem, you need to ACTIVELY search for the pet with the exclamation point! After you find the first one it’s very easy to finish.
The all show up by the fountain too so that’s helpful. At least they did for me.

How many balloons will float on Webkinz Next? Yesterday, I had only one, but my friend said he got two. It would be great to know how many to expect. I, too have the glitch with the invitations (no exclamation marks), so will try logging in and out and YAY I can see Holly today! (However, I STILL don’t have the dispenser in the cafe!!!)

Thank you, this is indeed a big help. However, I only get 1 or 2 per day. Sometimes I get one, then nothing, then I log out and in again and get the second.
