No I haven’t reached my limit. I am not sure I can explain it clearly enough but I’ll try. Even if I had already found a Zum that I had just clicked on I was always awarded the zummies that would accompany that Zum. (if that makes any sense) As soon as Webkinz was upgraded I no longer got any zummies therefore I can no longer accumulate enough to get the prizes that are available to be traded for. I was hoping that it was a glitch that would be fixed along with all the other glitches that appeared with the upgrade but maybe it is not a gliche but rather a new realty. Thanks for the suggestion though. I appreciate any help.

Have you reached the limit? I think you can collect up to 100 of each color of zummies…if you’re not at the limit, you might want to contact customer service.
