Still having Next log on issues that have persisted for weeks. Customer service does not reply even after 5 messages. You have created a sad, loyal customer who misses her 12 pets. Please do better at customer service.

Yesterday I was required to update Webkinz Next. After I did that, I could no longer log in. I keep getting kicked out after the loading screen. I have seen other users post frustrated comments about how they have tried everything and still cannot get in. What is going on?

I bought 2 farm house on 1 o the house I have all the plants and it says I need 13 pets to expand. The other farm house just have 4 rooms with some furniture and and an out door patio set its saying I need 43 pets to expand and I have 2 pets and I can’t add the other 2 rooms I can’t delete any house. what should I do?

As of 2 days ago I can’t log in anymore. The error says I’m using the wrong password, but it’s the same as always. I’ve un-installed and reinstalled the app and it’s still saying there’s a problem with my password. Help?

I have been trying to load my Webkinz Next on my ipad and it does not work. It has been this way for about 5 days. So I am missing out on a lot of rewards. I tried emptying my cache and deleting the App and then reinstalling the App, but nothing seems to work.Help please!
