Hi kaye10 – here is something to check. After you log in, choose the Options icon is the top right corner of the screen. Look at the Room View sliding bar – if the little yellow circle is in the middle, slide it all the way to the right. Sometimes, but not everytime after an update I have to reset this. Best Wishes

Are you not able to resize the window? Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

PLEASE HELP! PLEASE HELP! I just totally re-booted my webkinz NEXT & this is a legit issue–my available screen has been cut in half!!!!! PLEASE HELP! I have attempted to and closed out the possibility of playing this game @ this size!!!!!
