Webkinz World#8482; Deluxe MembershipThe same thing happened to me last year when I tried to renew my membership. I received a gift that was from the previous year which I already had. I did not get a reply to my request to correct the problem.I have been a Deluxe member for many years. I would like the pet for the 2023 renewal year and the special pool that was included that year.

There isn't a time limit on redeeming Feature Codes. Only Community Codes expire.

I only found this out last year when my account auto-renewed for the second time and was giving me my third Violet Cub. CS was great; cancelled out the pending codes and gave me codes for the 2 pets and special items that I was missing out on. Question: Because I will not be renewing until July, do I need to redeem the code they emailed me for the Google plush before January 31st?

When I first signed up for Deluxe Membership, my account defaulted to an Automatic Renewal. It was 2 or 3 years before I found out I could change to the method I described above. It isn’t always easy for new players to understand or discover what more-long-term players already know.
