1. PLEASE make doors hidable or allow us to move their location and change their appearance on Classic. The wallpapers and furniture available now are gorgeous, but the ugly doors right in the middle of landscape or colored wallpaper kill the appeal. Please make this a priority! 2. An ability to organize the house map into sections or move multiple boxes at once would also be a welcome addition. 3. Also, the ability to turn pet requests, for before they have full hearts, on and off, would be amazing, especially for those who have dozens or 100+ webkinz.

Email webkinzsupport@ganz.com and include the adoption codes. If they are used, they’ll be able to identify the account it was used on. If you know you adopted them before, they for sure will be marked as used even if your account was deleted.

I had an account many years ago. I don’t remotely remember any of the details as it was before I even had an email. I still have the plushies and the tags, but I don’t know if they still will register as used. Is there any way you can help me recover my account or renew my plush tags so I can have my same pets? Unfortunately those accounts can’t be recovered. There are privacy laws requiring accounts be deleted after a certain period of time. Ganz can correct me if I’m wrong, but those accounts are permanently gone once they’re gone. They purged a lot of accounts a few years back.
