You can try sending it to a friend or relative with a printer to print it out for you. Also, if you don't have a scanner you take take a picture of the signed document with a camera phone and mail it back to us that way. The witness signature is only required if the document is signed by someone under 18 years old.

Thank you! That is a very sweet thing to say! I almost picked Dotty first, but changed my mind at the last second. Then when I watched the unboxing video, and saw that Steve chose that name for his dalmatian, I was really glad that I switched!
