Thank you, Puppies4Me :) that’s quite a compliment. I know a little bit, but they say a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing and not always in a good way. I try to explain it as I understand it and it’s always really lengthy. W5Kinz was really quick. Hopefully it’s information others can use, too. I also forgot to add that if you have an iPhone you press the power button and the home button simultaneously and save the screenshot to your photo gallery. If you have an android tablet you just sweep your palm across the screen from left to right and save that to your gallery.

@W5kinz & @dixiecup. Thank you so much for your instructions about submitting a screenshot of an outfit. I would have NEVER figured that out! I never even use those buttons & have no idea what any of them are for. Thank you for including instructions for using a laptop since I needed to know to use 2 of ‘those buttons’. This was so nice of you both to reply. Dixiecup, from enjoying other replies of yours, you must be quite knowledgeable about computers, their workings, designing games and programs. Thank you for always sharing your explanations of why something can or can’t be done in WW! >{^;^}<

That’s because you are doing it wrong. When they say take a screenshot of your pet they don’t mean with the camera button in your game. They are talking about using the [PrtSc] button located on the upper right of your keyboard. If you are using a laptop (like TinyGma) you need to press both the [Fn] and the [PrtSc] buttons at the same time. Then you open up your paint program, right click and paste the picture, use the crop button and crop out what you want to keep and save the picture to your picture files. Remember where you put that picture? Well, that’s where you will go when you go to attach the picture to your email to Mandy at webkinztrendz@ganz.com

just hold down the windows button in the lower left hand corner and the PrtScn button in the upper right hand corner of your keyboard together. this will give u a screen shot also. hope this helped! :)

I seriously do have the problem as gml1939. I can easily take a screenshot of my room, but as soon as I take a pet into the dressing area (not sure what it’s called) my screen behing my pet and the dressing area all goes gray. Everything in the gray is still visible, but, I could try all day to take a screenshot and the button will not work. As soon as I go out of the dressing area, the background goes back to normal and the screenshot button works fine. Not many people must have this issue as I’ve not seen it addressed in WKN. (Or I may have missed it.) >{^;^}<
