I think it just looks that way because the hem has transparent spots which look greenish with the blue background. :)

On MINTY AND BRIGHT by GLRB5, how does the yellow skirt the Mud Hippo is wearing have green accents around the hem/bottom, when the picture/template of the skirt, on the left, does not show any green at all? It looks great! I’m just confused.
