I have hung out at Webkinz News and tried everything to find the floating candy and there is no sign of it. I got the cupcake and then the floating valentine, but no sign of the candy. Is it even here yet? It is February 7 and it should be here. No point in hanging around if it just isn’t here at all.

Something seems to be wrong with the Valentine collection. The only alentins I have gotten are the ones from friends & floaty clickies. I have kept a count of how many I should have and my daily two (Deluxe) don’t show up in the count!

I’ve been having an issue with the clubhouses, kinzville park, tournament arena, etc.. (basically anything that uses the kinzchat phone). Whenever I try to enter these areas a message pops up that says, “All servers are full. Try again later. All servers are full. Try again later.” I’ve tried everything, from clearing the cache in my web browser to switching browsers (I’ve also tried reading old threads that may indicate a similar issue) But so far no luck. I was wondering if anyone has been having the same issue and if they have any solutions or answers? I just don’t want to miss the events happening in Webkinz World! Thank you! 1littlehippo :)

I have a problem going on, on my Webkinz account, every time I go to another room a “Webkinz Video Challenge” pops up and it doesn’t play a video, it just sits there, and I can’t move my pet! Can somebody help me with the problem?

Hey there! I had this problem too, are you on the Edge browser by chance? I switched to Chrome/Firefox and it worked finally. Apparently collection events work best on those two. Good luck! Apploosa54
