Nope! It's a free app. Anyone can download, log in to their account, and spin the Wheel of WOW on mobile once a day (in addition to spinning on the desktop site!)

Sorry it took so long. I sent the extra dress I had along with a few prizes that I got with my series 3 trading cards. Sorry I couldn’t be any help with the top and hat as I didn’t get any tops and the one hat I got one of my pets quickly called dibs on, and after all “Dibs is dibs.” XD
