I have the same problem, it is a total mess since x came along. They have totally ruined Webkinz and send you an automated reply.They haven’t fixed anything on my account. I think I am just giving it up.

I agree huntsman, I haven’t played a Alyssa’s since webkinz x started (except for once but that was when I lost my things to do menu and my dock). I think u are very lucky to have deluxe. I am trying to find an idea for the deluxe design. u should be thankful that u have advantages. I thought all the problems was because of my laptop.

I have read everyone’s comments. I have 199 Webkinz and I will be getting my 200th on Aug 19th. I am so a Deluxe member. I have been playing for ten years. I love the new webkinz x. I am frustrated still with having to sign in and out all the time because things freeze but even before webkinz x happened it did that too. I am missing 60 percent of my items too but every day somthing new comes back. I know we have spent a lot of real money on things and you can’t use them or see them, but there are still a lot of cool new things to get. Webkinz x is better in some ways it’s less boring webkinz because you have somthing to do every few min. Before you do your daily things then there was nothing to do. I play way way more now trying to get a lot of points. For those who are saying your feeding your pets a lot and spending a lot of money you don’t have to at all. You only have to feed them when they ask and that’s not very offten or if you want to feed them to get the 5 hearts to fill them up once. But you don’t have to keep feeding your pets. Points don’t change if they are hungry or not. So you can save your money and not keep buying food. Sad pets don’t change anything so you can leave them hungry and sad and still get tones of points. Yes you are spending more money on things but once you buy stuff for your pets other then food just re-sale it and get some of your money back. Just be patient they have started from scratch to make things better. Don’t leave webkinz it will be worth it in the long run.

I know, me too! I might even try to convince my parents to let get the buy a pet and get a month thing… I think I already know the answer though…
