What’s the use of contacting the support thru emails, when they will not respond or even read them. I need the game server problem fixed or I will not be able to play.

Thank you Sally! That makes total sense. I was confused because I have been able to run the updates in the past. I will keep checking the play store and try to have patience. :)

Unfortunately it will have to wait until Android approves the update. Until they approve it, you won't be able to do the update.

I am not able to run yesterday’s update for Webkinz next on my android tablet. The play store does not show an update available. I have unistalled the app and reinstalled the app but it is not have the lastest update. Any suggestions?

The Fantastic Flower is also missing even though the map says it’s there at the appropriate time. And there is a problem with the classes at the academy as well.
