It happens on my iPad a lot. If you click the button underneath where it says nuts and bolts are having a problem it will continue to load. Sometimes I have to click 2 or 3 times.

I was having the same problem. Turn your phone off, then it should work once you’ve turned your phone on again- that worked for me.
