I’ve had this problem for a few years with the figures not able to be placed into their slots. Also, with the charms, I have a duplicate WOW charm & cannot remove one of them. I have sent out 2 emails addressing my situation & only to be told they are too busy to help me.

I bought 1 carton & from it I got 1 straight tile & 1 curved tile, plus flowers. Not sure what I’m going to do with them as I’m not planning of buying anymore cartons to only get items I don’t really need. All I wanted was the cute little pesky stinky skunk…lol And that I didn’t get :(
