I got mine this morning. That’s strange 1Emerald1. Sometimes item can be hard to find, especially if you have a lot in your Dock like I do. I suggest double checking your Dock for the Staircase. If it’s really not there you should contact customer support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

I finished the second challenge this morning & got the message that I had won the Winterfest staircase, but it has not appeared in my dock, even after all the usual clearing of cache & logging out & back in etc. Time to email Customer Service?

not having much luck playing the games – so slow – this is a great prize but don’t think I will be able to finish the challenge with games playing so slowly
