I have clicked on multiple snowflakes and no prize appears. It’s been happening for a couple days. Seems like a glitch. It’s disappointing.

Sally Webkinz, is there a reason that some storage containers only accept certain clothing? One perfect example is Hockey Side Table which is supposed to hold 4 items. Only certain clothing will fit in within the table when they fit within other storage items without issue.

This error has been happening to me since January 1. I reported it here. The Ganz employees have not responded. Nothing has been fixed. This has wasted alot of my time. It caused me to lose 17 Winterfest prizes. This was a good concept to have a pool of over 100 prizes. Unfortunately, the programming did not work. My wish is for more players to respond. Maybe the employees will decide to give something to those who have been affected.

I keep getting “the descriptor set is empty; cannot retrieve descriptor at position 0″. This happens on multiple accounts, and often. What wonderful gift can it not award me? It also kicks me out when I get the message…
