if your webkinz account is not linked to your ganzworld account, it may take you to another page with another yellow button that says “login to webkinz world to receive your prize”. click that, another little window or page should open up. enter your account information and click the blue “submit” button. hope this helps!

I found it also and pushed the claimed button but it said you can only claim it once. I haven’t found it before so how do you claim it? Thanks for the help.
