Hi, qeynos–if you can’t see the ads properly you may have an ad blocker running on your computer. If so, you need to change your computer settings to allow the ads on WW. You could also check in the Parental Controls on WW to be sure ads are allowed on your account. If neither of these helps, you might want to contact customer support.

I have visited the park on Saturday and Sunday. When I click on Cowabelle, A test video runs and I do not receive a gift. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.

Hi, Fiona–I love the fan art submissions, as I think we all do. There are so many talented artists in the Webkinz community! And it got me thinking…I would love to be able to have some of those fan pictures decorating my pets’ house, wouldn’t you? Is there any chance that some of those wonderful art works could become decorations in WW?

I purchased a Zangos Candy Apple Tree, logged it on sureis and cannot find it in my dock. Is it food, furniture, decoration or something else? Please help me find it. A search feature would be a great help! Thanks in advance.

GREAT questions friends! And congratulations on getting your ?s featured and answered. I especially like what hollow79 asked about the Deluxe monthly gift box. While I am super lucky to afford an account to be Deluxe, I am always wondering why if an article of clothing HAS to be given – Why doesn’t it fit EVERY pet?! My brilliant beautiful head of household Orca can RARELY ever wear the gift in that box :( Why couldn’t a piece of furniture be in that box??? I also like the question desivnk2003 asked because it led to the factual reply given by Fiona. Whether EStore member or not; EVERY player has multiple EStore items on their account. Ganz generously gave a FREE box every few days with EStore-only items in it; its up to us to use them creatively in our webbie homes. In addition, several of the EStore Promo items (thank you Ganz!) ARE tradeable. I spend a ton of time in the trading rooms trading for the items I cannot always afford to straight up purchase.

Something has gone wrong with my ads and I am not sure what to do. My ads on this page are just grey squares and my ads in game are frozen I missed the whole last find the ads and now there is a new one I am also going to miss unless someone can help me. I have posted this problem last time but got no reply.
