I know this is a little late for a reply, but I still thought it might be worth it. On one of my accounts, I got my first berry seed packet two days ago after trying a zillion times and I’ve gotten 4 more since then. How? I don’t know but it seems like when you get one, it’s easier to get more.

Wow, you were lucky! I just fed a total of 186 goo-goo berries on 6 different accounts. Didn’t get one pack of seeds. :( Hopefully I’ll get some on the ones I catch during the event.
