The Super Wheel is always for everyone, as far as I remember. I’m pretty sure it won’t be for Deluxe only this year. =)

Agreed! Treat bags are soooo cute. They should consider releasing a decorative item of each one inside the original with the other goodies – like the shamrock green present – it could be a storage container.

I so agree with that! The designs for them are just stunning, and somehow I end up missing a bunch of them. When I do catch one, however, I never want to use them!
