hellacoo, they already released the Neon Tutu recipe. Now everyone knows it. Although, I figured it out the day BEFORE they released it, if YOU don’t believe ME, check for a comment by me from August 9th (the day before it came out) with the whole recipe there! I hope I didn’t sound mean, just wanted to point that out. I also hope i didn’t sound all braggy. Sorry if I did!!
