Here are some ideas:
-1: make three (3) pieces of ribbon to tie around the top of the flip flop
-2: add some more ribbon on the sides of the flip flop strap
-3: if you buy clear flip flops at the bottom you can cut paper to fit the size of the bottom & make little dots of glue to attach it
