Kale is VERY healthy, and is a type of leaf. My sis LOVES it, but I don’t! And I have tried it! Those of you who have not tried it have to try it for themselves before you say NO. Although me and my sis are TOTAL opposites, that does NOT mean you guys will not like it as I do not. Do not let ME stop you from trying new things. Not everyone likes the same things! I am not an expert on anything except dogs, but I shared what I know about kale. Thnx! ~IceWolf* = P
