those shapes like☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○ are called alt codes to make an alt code you hold down alt and push a number only works with 3×3 pad and lift at the same time if you dont have the 3×3 pad look for the blue numbers on your key board and push alt fn(function and alter) and lift all at once-mebelovin♥♥♥
