I just hope it doesn't turn out this bulky un-milkshakey, horrible, like some recipes have turned out without using milk. (Webkinz, make a allergen free recipe, people would love you for it!). So anyway, overall seems like a O.K. recipe. Just hate the fact milk-free ice cream is expensive! Sadly I’m allergic to milk but I’ll just use soy milk instead (if I make it).
