i dont agree with the all caps, i think it depends on what u say, like caps cold mean excitement, for ex. I AM SO EXCITED FOR TH WEBKINZ PARTY TONIGHT!!!!!!! i do agree with the first one, the golden rule, thats how i live my life!

Lexi thinks that it’s not fair that we shouldn’t be using caps really often. Basically, she’s saying that it’s good to yell all the time.BTW, GIRLS RULE is a commenter on WKN who uses caps in EVERY comment she makes.
