Well, Try a glass of milk, water or juice(NOT that weird stuff, just apple, orange, grape, etc.) Or add a grape to it! Grapes, when you chew them bring the juice to your throat so it gives hydration and fills your stomach a bit! plus it’s healthy! ;)
