I think you could let the candy melt in your mouth and eat it like a peppermint. I had braces, but I got them off. I’m glad yours don’t hurt. (-:

OMG! I LOVE Rock Candy! I always tell my mom to make this, but she always says no. I LOVE Rock Candy so much, I could eat it everyday of the week!

Rock candy just tastes like sugar. It’s just crunchy, lightly-cooked sugar, and it’s kinda fun to eat it off of the stick. It’s also fun science, because you see how it crystallizes.

You could probably flavor the rock candy, by adding a candy-making flavoring to the mixture after it cools. For that matter, you could color it, too!
