But hey, what about dairy!? Dairy allergies are almost as common! BTW Sunny (sunflower seed) butter is SO good, when I tried it the first time between my mom, sister and I we ate the whole jar. But I really like pb,j + fluff it's the best with strawberry jam. Did you know jam has fruit in it and jelly is just the juice from the fruit. I like almond m+m's better than peanut m+m's. Has anyone tried the new margerine with cinnamon sugar in it for toast? We are now on our second tub of cinnamon margerine. horses+ponies I love almonds and they help lower cholesteral.
