AWESOME. I love ice cream sandwiches, but I agree that I like them a lot better when they’re soft, lol. I’m going to a wicked awesome ice cream place tomorrow, and I can’t wait! Nothing can stop me from loving ice cream – and ice cream sandwiches! :mrgreen:

Yeah, hard ice-cream sandwiches are not really my type or typical treat to eat. Soft is WAY better. I simply adore ice-cream sandwiches- soft, of course. ~SugarComet***

These are great & a fun thing to do. Chocolate chip cookies (especially homemade or the slice & bake kind) make a great ice cream sandwich too! I’ll have to do these with my grandkids over the Summer. cinderlou9
