my advice:
go up to a group and talk to them.

Play in some outdoor games.

I felt like that too but I had a harder time because my best friend was being mean to me. But by the end of the year I made a lot of of best friends. And even he is one year older then me!

I’m sorry for you Salley, only because it was my first day, and my BFF isn’t in my class!!! :( Something better, though, 5th graders get computer class :) BUT ONLY ONE RECESS!!! I only get to see my BFF at lunch and one recess!!! :cry: But my teacher seems REALLY nice, she said she LOVES fun, lol, and my friend is in my class!! So, i guess it won’t be THAT bad :)

I agree that it’s sad that Sally and Stoogles don’t get to share a locker this year, but don’t worry about it, you’ll still get to see each other at lunch and probably hang out after school. I know it’s not the same, but sometimes you can’t have life go the way you want it to, sometimes you just have to make the best of what you’re given. And Purrcilla, well I don’t really know who she is, but from the way you said her name and how you said ugh after it, I am guessing that you two are on a rough patch, am I right? You know what I do for people like her? I still try to be kind to them–even though they aren’t my favorite people. Maybe, (this might sound crazy) you’ll influence them to be nicer to other people, just by the way you act.

It was my first day also. It did not go that well because I didn’t know where anything
was (I’m at a new school). But some of my friends are in my Advisory (home room).
