you can make a healthy milkshake by breaking a banana into 4 pieces or more into a blender add ice and milk. Start with 1/2 cup or each of the ice and milk and add more as you like it. You can also cut a banana up and freeze it first it will naturally turn light brown but it still good to use. you can add any chocolate that goes with cold milk and blend it until smooth. I like to add breakfast drink mix or something with vitamins.

I am not the kind of person who has milkshakes and slushies i like healthy things i am training for the olympics so i have to stay in shape. which means not eating or drinking anything with sugar or fat. I am eating a nice balanced diet regular portions and lots of healthy food and drinks

I agree, Moonstar. The shake DOES look funny . . . but homemades are too thick or too thin.
