Look up they’re number and call Ganz! trust me I had a few problems before like when one my pet’s rooms wasn’t loading and my new pet was in there and I couldn’t get him out, so I looked up they’re number and they fixed it! They told me I had WAY to much stuff in my pet’s room so after that I was clearing it out lol! btw if your under eighteen your gonna need a parent so make sure your mom or dad is around ok, because when I did it they weren’t around so it didn’t work the first time! xD
