The same thing happened to me! I got a green goblin lamp and an old cracker item instead of a new. I emailed Webkinz support a couple of days ago, but never heard back. I guess I contacted the wrong department?

Hi! I bought forty crackers across my various accounts and got most of the clothing, but I had a problem with one cracker. Instead of getting a new piece of clothing, I got a green mushroom chair from the goblin room! As far as I know, furniture is not ever supposed to be in crackers. I called the estore about it but they never called back. What do I do now? I have a screenshot of the problem cracker, so I can prove it. Can someone help me please? I really want what I paid for. Thank you!

Awesome! I got the Holiday Sweater, socks, Holiday Sweater dress, and the Purple Gift Box Dress. They’re so cute! I got them before they were released like this, though so I didn’t know! I really like the penguin hats, the fox slippers, the angel outfit, and the enchanted green one!

The outfits are adorable! I would love the have the Festive Fairy Buddy. I wish the birthstone hats were not put in as a prize, that is all I have been getting lately. It sure would be nice to win a piece of the clothing outfits. :}
