I purchased the plush Teacup Yorkie from the EGanz store. It was delivered by Amazon and I bought 3 other plush pets for my kids' Easter Baskets the same time. The tag says Webkinz Classic and there is a Webkinz Classic and a Webkinz Next code on the back. I adopted him through my account under Webkinz Classic as I don't have or want Next. I cannot get access to the events for the pet of the month in April for the Teacup Yorkie because Customer Service is telling me this is a Next pet. That's not what the tag states. It's unfair and I feel this was not mentioned when I purchased him and it clearly says Webkinz Classic. What can anyone offer me to resolve this issue. I would like my money refunded at this point because I cannot get access to anything for the events for the this new pet of the month. Thanks.
