How do i get my money back for a clear error on Ganz's part??? I don't understand why i would suddenly be charge an extra 44.99 for an extra membership which I did not purchase! I can go through my bank and have it reported but i would rather go thru Ganz first, if possible. It isn't really a good thing for a company to have reports against it for fraudulent charges.
