Did you see the code applied in the second stage? Before the complete order? I re entered the code some times, many attempts, but I never saw it applied.

this happened to me twice but I caught it before I actually paid. For me what happened was that I had entered my credit card info incorrectly. When I went back to enter it the promo code was there but the discount wasn’t applied. I went back out tried to the main page and tried the whole process again. It worked fine and the discount was applied. Did it for my second account (with everything correct) and it worked fine. Did for the 3rd account and again messed up the cc entry and it looked like it retained the promo code but didn’t so I went yet again to the main page and started fresh. I know this isn’t a help for this year but hopefully it is something to try if it happens again. Thank you Ganz for the great Black Friday deal on the Deluxe memberships!

I also tried to buy the deluxe membership but it did not seem to apply. The discount did not seem to be applied under review order. I did not want to go to complete order because I assumed at that point it would be charged with no recourse if the discount was not applied.

When will the next pet be announced for the 1-Year Deluxe Membership? I was hoping to know before today to see if I wanted to wait for the new pet since it will be released next Friday.

I just bought 2 Deluxe memberships at 1/2 price, but one says I was charged full price, not sure what I did differently. Any insight on this, would B great, thanks

Yaaaaaaay! The zums are on sale!! I hope I’m able to get one today. And maybe tomorrow I want to try to buy a pet if I can. :)
