ok so you found the code you have to go to your order history in the ganz estore and it will be on that deluxe member order form and it will be under the pic of the octopus wish it was in the email but at least i found it i hope you got yours

Your adoption codes for 1 year membership should be in the order history of the account that purchased the membership. You should contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com if you did not receive them.
