Sorry. I think it’s a fairy pet buddy. The eyes and the pursed lips made me think of a fish for some reason, and I thought that the wings were fins or a fish tail. I thought, “What a cute little fish, with gorgeous hair!” I didn’t find it strange because if it’s good enough for Ariel Mermaid, it’s good enough for WW! But now that I see it as a fairy, it makes more sense.
