I got the code for the Deluxe Membership, the pet, and the hat. But, I did not get a code for the Super Deluxe Item for this year. Did anyone else get that?

Did you enter the code in all CAPS? Started to do this in small letters once myself and caught it. You have to enter codes in the same format shown. Found that to be true all over the web. The problem is finally fixed today Dec 2, 2025. Ganz will send the celebration hat to your webkinz account, you should see it in your dock. To claim the virtual pet, login to Ganz estore and go to Manage account>Order History> click on your membership order. You will see your virtual pet code in that invoice. Hope this helps. When you log in, go to manage account. You can see your order history, the codes are there :)
