My deluxe account will need to be renewed in January. So I decided to take advantage of the half price sale on Cyber Monday, even though I the bobcat kitten is not a favorite of mine. If I just had waited one day, I could have gotten the Gordon setter, which I love and which is totally worth full price. I did the same thing on Black Friday. A chair I wanted was not one of the reduced items. I bought 2 at full price. If I had waited until Saturday, I could have gotten both for less than I paid for 1. It says either my address is faulty or my credit card details, while in fact they aren't. Last night I tried to buy the e-store points and I had the same problem. I tried at least 20 times, with different variations of address (I never know what it is which stops my order from going through, it just says I have to review my address or credit card details), and different credit cards, and I was desperate and wanted to give up. I tried logging on and off, nothing worked. I have had this in the past, too. Usually it does not accept my visa card, only a master card. Then, finally, when I said this is my last try, the order went through. It was so annoying because I had to re-type and re-type the details again and again.
