Sometimes they need to access your account directly. I usually recommend changing it to something else first, then changing it back afterwards

I’ve been trying to get a non-working deluxe code fixed since November of last year, and have had no response at all yet across at least two, maybe three support areas, including this email address in May.

I recently ran into a problem as well; I had purchased the mystery box but it never appeared in my account. I tried to message the Ganz Estore Customer Support with the email provided, but I quickly got an email that the said “recipient address rejected: access denied”, which is a first for me. I’m going to contact Webkinz Support and see if they can do anything.
