If you email estore customer service they might be able to change where future points are deposited but you can’t transfer them

I thought some of the Deluxe Wednesdays were disappointing because they were nothing new. But this week the estore has hit a new low. Why do you think that getting an old item worth 2500 points would make me want to spend 15,000 to get it? Please do better and offer us something special on Deluxe Wednesday.

Yes everyone is having this issue and Webkinz is aware of the problem. Keep collecting boxes daily and they can be opened after maintainence on July 27

I believe you can only change it if you cancel renewal and then set up a new one
