I also got an email response that this shouldn’t be an issue with browser and mobile, so presumably the error message is false and won’t affect your account long-term.

I just tried to log in on my Webkinz Account (it’s 12:26pm CST). I got this message box as I tried to sign on. I’ve never seen this kind of message before. “An unauthorized attempt to intercept Webkinz communications was deteced. To protect your account your session was terminated. Please try again later.” What the heck is going on???? Over the past couple of weeks all of my accounts have experienced rooms being “frozen” so that I have log out of my computer then log back in before I can get back on Webkinz. Items have disappeared from my docks, only to show up days later. Clothing items that I actually put in storage wardrobes/boxes have, when removed and added to the dock, can no longer go back into the storage wardrobes/boxes, and can’t be worn by my Pet, nor will the go anywhere other than the dock. If I log out and log back in, the “ghost” item (which is what I call it) has disappeared! I DO remember getting that item of clothing, of which I had 2 of the same item, now I only have ONE of those items. Why did one of the items I had, out of getting 2 of the same item, disappear? Will this become something that will happen to items that we have spent ePoints or KinzCash on? This is getting so frustrating! I like how they put this issue on Facebook, but why not put it HERE on WebkinzNewz????? I do not get on FB very often. I really do not enjoy or even like FB. I keep it for keeping in touch with family and a friend or two. I get all my Webkinz info from here….Webkinz news!!!!! WE really need better communications from Webkinz/Ganz! Be honest with us! TELL us what is going on! Please!

It says this for me as well, not really sure what’s going on. I emailed support with photos of that error message along with one that looked like it was intended for developers maybe? If I get a response before the game’s working for me, I’ll update here.
